The filling is done by overpressure on a central feeding pipe and the filling stations are equiped with siray valves that close a silicone fillingtube (so no moving parts in contact with the liquid which is easy for cleaning and for validation). On the control panel you can ajust every filling station by timer in milli-seconds filling time. The filling volume can be adjusted from 100 until 3000 ml. The machine is executed completely in stainless steel 316 for pharmaceutical production and is placed on wheels. The machines are technical very simpel and easy to maintain and are very compact (less then 1 square metre)
