The magnetic separator is an industrial device designed for continuous purification of coolants and oil-based fluids from ferromagnetic particles generated during machining processes. In closed-loop systems, it effectively removes metal chips and fine particles from the working medium, stabilizing cooling and lubrication parameters while reducing wear on pumps and installation components.

In production environments, coolant operating in a closed circulation system is constantly exposed to metallic contamination. Ferromagnetic particles act as an abrasive material – accelerating pump wear, causing deposits in channels and nozzles, and reducing the stability of the lubricating film. Design and operating technology

The device has been designed to mechanically and continuously separate metallic contaminants from process fluids. The main working element is a stainless-steel magnetic drum, which rotates and attracts ferromagnetic particles from the flowing coolant. The collected contaminants are then removed and transported outside the working area.
