CHAI Bio A1015 qPCR Real-Time PCR System

The Chai Open qPCR A1015 is a compact and portable real-time PCR system designed for the amplification and detection of DNA and RNA targets.

The instrument features a 16-well sample block and supports reaction volumes ranging from 10 to 50 µL. Its dual-Peltier thermal system provides fast and accurate heating and cooling, with a maximum ramp rate of up to 5 °C per second.

The Open qPCR software is browser-based and can be accessed from a PC, Mac or tablet. The system supports USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing flexible integration into a laboratory environment.

The instrument is suitable for a wide range of research applications, including gene expression analysis, pathogen detection, GMO testing, nucleic acid quantification and melt curve analysis.
